You don't need a subscription to participate! The choice is yours if you want a package or would prefer to pay per training session. We do provide a special subscription for companies. If you have a company package deal then everyone at your company can make use of it.

*** We provide a towel service. Enjoy a shower after training in our personal showers. We have free WiFi and very much invite you to use our lounge area to have a drink or check your e-mail. 

**** We realize that a busy life means that appointments sometimes have te be cancelled or changed. Up to 24 hours before your booked session this is free of charge. If you fail to do this on time you will be charged.
